Saint Louis, Missouri (September 7, 2007) - MESSAGEbuzz, one of the nation's premier self-service mobile marketing firms, is now officially part of Missouri's effort to improve the safety and security of students, educators and visitors of Missouri's many higher education facilities. Governor Matt Blunt has released the recommendations of his 29-member Campus Security Task Force and a website dedicated to improving security and emergency communication on campuses. MESSAGEbuzz is a part of the new official state website as a resource and vendor for those working to keep campuses safe.

Kelley is familiar with linking students on multiple campuses to critical information.
