More than 80% of those potential customers receiving the text keyword through personal contact go on to try out the gym. The conversion rate of trial memberships to paying customers is about 60%! Each of the wellness and health ambassadors gets a contribution to their favorite cause for each paid membership!
The Anytime Fitness locations are the second business where Reed and Robb have tapped the power of mobile marketing to connect with customers. These savvy marketers first sent out text offers from their pizzeria and recorded a 90% response from customers eager to try a free pizza. Both entrepreneurs say the offer is paying off in repeat business for the restaurant.
